  Before you rent anything from this company, ....1. Request a walk through inspection of the rental with an employee and make sure you point out ALL issues and have it documented. 2. Take pictures with date/time stamped of all issues upon arrival AND upon departure. 3. Request OWNER of the rental contact information (because you're better off dealing with the owner instead of the rental agency because you will get nowhere with them) 4. Your deposit you paid? Forget getting that back and your credit card you paid with? Expect extra charges to be charged to it which are pricey! 5. The pictures of your rental and items included for your use while you stay? Deceiving! Bottom line.....Do NOT rent anything from this company! Check out the many reviews BEFORE you consider renting from them. Your vacation will cost you more than you think and you will get absolutely NO attention to issues of your rental! This company gives the owners of the rental properties a bad reputation and they don't care because they get their profit.
