  REALLY REALLY disappointed in their service. I had come up from Florida to escape Hurricane Irma. I went into the store to buy a couple of gas cans to bring back to Florida. The next day my daughter was very ill and we were lucky enough to get airlines tickets to get her home. I tried to return the canisters and the rudest employee stuck his finger at the "no returns for storm supplies" and basically wouldn't even listen to me.This hardware store needs to take some service tips from Hertz car rental, Hilton Inn and and many other fabulous companies that showed compassion during the storm. You left an otherwise bad taste on what was a wonderful trip to Virginia Beach.
