  I am all about supporting local small private owned businesses and was really excited to find this place to get some custom jewelery made from a design I came up with for a Christmas present for my sisters that live out of state. It was a very special gift as I only see my family maybe once a year if lucky. I was promised to have them before i left the state and before Christmas. Well that did not happen and the reason I recieved was that the owners girlfriend broke her hand which has nothing to do with her ability to do the work. The parts for the bracelets were not even in until the date that i was promised that i would recieve them by. She then said that she would have them shipped to me and my family so I could have them to give to my sisters while I was still in the state. Well that did not happen either!!! It is now Febuary 6th and I finally recieved them. This is also after going in to look at them and they were not what I expected at all, the quality and craftsmanship was horrible! It was such an exciting thing to be able to do for my little sisters and the whole thig was a complete disaster! For a woman wearing jewelery it should make us happy and feel good, now wearing and looking at this bracelet it is a reminder of how horrible or an experience this was!!! Not only did it take way too long and the quality was horrible, she never once called me for any updates! I had to continuously reach out to her to possibly hear back from her at times to receive any update! She has no idea how to run a business! She ruined Christmas for my sisters and myself and offered no remorse or discount for all that I went though and then wanted to take my design and start it as a line in her store!
