  I've been to this theater several times over the course of 5 years and last night the experience was enough for my family to never spend a dime at this place again. The movie we went to see had opened this weekend and we got there an hour early to get a good place in line. We ended up right at the front which gave us a front-row of everyone cheating and 'not' standing in line. After informing an employee, the still did nothing and didn't care. Those who cut the entire line (which was on both sides of the theater for the 8:15 showing) got right in and for many, I don't even think they had a ticket. The employees at AMC Lynnhaven probably cost that location thousands of dollars last night and made it very clear that they didn't care. The concessions stand was also a complete mess along with the rest of theater, which was steaming hot, with no effort to fix it. Whomever the manager was last night, they should be fired along with most of the employees. To make matters more of a joke, there was a moon-lighting police officer who just leaned up against a wall staring into his cell-phone. I'm actually completely amazed how badly run this place was and will surely see it go out of business or become one of those $1 movie dumps. For spending $100 for four people to see a movie to include concessions, this experience was a slap in the face. On the positive, it makes the decision easy from this point on in that I will now exclusively go to the Regal Strawbridge Market Place even if I have to wait to get to tickets due to reserve seating; it will be worth watching a movie in class especially if I'm paying that much money for it.

  Staff are fine, tickets goes higher and higher. Never joined their rewards program because I still don't think a rewards program should cost money. Like the rewards from Regal is easy to save points and free.
  
  The theater is not clean, arms of the chairs are black, and the cup handle are dirty.
  
  However, the screen and audio are nicer than Regal. The screens are larger and the audios are louder. They also have Imax theatres.
