  If you're looking for a place to begin or continue your fitness journey, you MUST come to CrossFit Chronic. The owner and coaches at this box are knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive, sincere, funny (always helps) and truly do care about your progress. The athletes at this box are welcoming and supportive too. It's such a great group of people. At first thought I imagined this place to be way too imitating for me as I began my quest for fitness. At 48 years old, out of shape and over weight I didn't think crossfit was where I should start. You need to already be fit to start crossfit right? I was wrong wrong wrong. Crossfit Chronic It is exactly where you should begin getting in shape. Group classes with trained coaches organizing your workout, teaching you, guiding you, making you accountable to help you meet your goals. During this process you meet other really amazing people on their own fitness path. Seriously .. nothing can go wrong with this combination. I'm so happy that I was lucky enough to begin crossfit at Chronic... finding that perfect box the first time around!
