  Buyer beware of this place! I scheduled a diagnostic/repair on my BMW with Larry's for a Thursday morning and dropped off the car. After not hearing from them by Friday afternoon I called them to hear that the only mechanic who could work on my car had hurt his hand a couple days ago and was not at work. I thought.. Why did they accept my car and not tell me!?! I was in a rental costing me $45/day and reminded them. Only because they said they would take into consideration for the time on my cost did I not go elsewhere. It gets better.. I did not get a diagnosis and quote until the following Friday! After hearing it would take a few more days to start I made arrangements to have the car brought to a competitors shop near by. The new shop was able to start the next day and cost several hundred less than Larry's quote. Unfortunately I had to pay $225 to Larry's for the diagnosis. And no, they did not follow through with their discount. They even had the audacity to inform me that they had been stricken with catalytic converters stolen from cars in their lot and said I would be expected to pay if mine was stolen! Buyer beware!
