- Donna CovelloApr, 24 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give NO stars, I would! Joanna is horrible. I went in for a body wave... less than 2 months later, my hair is pin straight. I went back to talk to her. With no hesitation, she says; “you know we have to charge you again”... umm nope! “When do you want to do it?” Never! Your customer service skills are horrible and obviously so are your hair styling skills. Save your money and time!!!!
