  We have been working with Sandbridge for 6 years now and it work our every time. This is the first time in the house and we loved it. Plenty of room every where. Two pools was a big plus, the small one worked for the little ones when the parents didn't wish to be in the water. Huge kitchen that everyone can party around. The ocean in your front yard, it doesn't get any better than that.
  One surprise was how high the beds were off the floor to the sleeping surface. We had to move some of the adults around so everyone could get into their bed.
  Good times and memory's were had by all.
