  Complete low life trash. Hire at your own peril. I filed a bar complaint because he couldn't keep his mouth shut and was discussing me/my case, etc with my abusive derelict of a "father" after I specifically told him, NO CONTACT WITH THAT RAT BAS TARD.
  
  He denied it implicitly, After the father already came bragging to me about being in contact with this office. Thoman easily convinced my dad who paid the bill, to cover the fact that he had broken my confidentiality and specifically violated my clear instructions to not speak with him.
  
  That was simple because they both obviously have a pension for lying, being deceitful, treacherous and lazy sociopaths. I had to request the retainer from my previous abuser, because there was no way I could have afforded to pay this massive bill on my own. 3500, what a rip off!
  
  The so called bar investigation, which was run through without notifying me, was dismissed without my knowledge that any of it had even begun. I didn't know it was being "investigated" until they sent me the so called investigation results a month after the fact, after this dirt bag got it dismissed.
  
  How exactly did that bogus investigation go through and get decided without even asking me one question? Oh that's right, it's corruption central AKA, Virginia. This sleazeball's so called testimony was unreal and shocking at the web he spun. Guaranteed he could never recall what he said without fake a ss notes for sure. The bar ACKNOWLEDGED him lying and contradicting himself, yet reference my previous corruption comments.
  
  Great work Thoman on all fronts Wink. Virginia could not be more corrupt. My personal charges were dismissed and handled by another firm. It was ultimately a simple case that I had. So even the toughest Virginia Beach judge saw right through the bogus c ra p that was going on with my garbage neighbors.
  
  This guy is scum. I'd avoid 100% A complete liar. Not even a good one.
