  What?! There are nicer dentist offices with more affordable plans than this. $338 for one year of cleanings, assuming you need nothing else done. There are other places that offer plans less than this and give you a discount on cavity fillings etc. Sometimes, that is still out of financial reach. Try the $59 new patient specials if you just need your teeth cleaned up or checked on and includes xrays, before shelling out cash here.
