  There were three identical dresser, one of which went with a "set". The two single dressers were $40 each while the set (dresser and entertainment cabinet) was $40 total. One of the single dressers was beat up so we asked if we could simply swap the "set" dresser with that one and still pay $80 total for both dressers.
  
  The manager went on and on about how one was part of a set and you could not swap out the two pieces. Keep in mind, the dressers were identical besides a few scuff marks. Had she given any reason for why the set could not be broken up we would have understood. Instead we we're rudely talked down to about policies they didn't bother to explain, and were questionable in the first place.
  
  Why would you turn down $80 on beat up dressers? Customer service was awful. Neither the manager nor the supervisor really cared about the customers or the quality of service.
