  I had a very negative experience with this practice. I was experiencing a significant amount of pain due to a possible broken toe/foot and was referred for x-rays. Not only did I have to wait 3 business days and a weekend for the results, but my simple request to follow-up with the radiology department was ignored. Upon my following-up with the radiology department, I discovered that the x-ray results were sent the same day I had gone for the x-rays and the results were not relayed to me due to some reported confusion of the type of x-ray I referred for by the practice. I found Dr. Huggins-Jones's follow-up to be lacking, in that she left a voice mail message for me barely apologizing for the error at her practice and the length of time I had to wait in pain. Further, when I returned her call, she never followed-up with me despite my request for a return phone call. Lastly, I found the receptionists to be rude and clearly lacking empathy for my situation. I would never recommend this practice to anyone with an acute need or anyone who would like appropriate patient care.
