  Was able to get a good cardio workout in while utilizing equipment to complete some circuit training. Ran a few agility drills in the gymnasium which worked out great! The old gym has more free weights, classes, child exercise room for people with small children. I like using this gym on the weekends and the other gym during the week they both provide what you need for strength, conditioning, to stay fit.
