  Ordered a pizza with some knots and cheese fries online. After over an hour I phoned the store for an update only to find out the order wasn't going to leave the store for delivery for another 20 minutes. Cancelled the order and won't be ordering with them again, an apology wasn't even made for their horrendous service.
