  Purchased 11/16 quarter round online and was told to pick it up at the store a day later. When I went to pick it up they only had 3/4th of my order and told they would call me when the remaining sticks came in. A week went by so I decided to call and check-in on the status and the individual on the phone treated me like I was attempting to get free material from them. Unorganized and rude but the prices are normally great if you don't mind the bad customer service (you should still shop around).
