  Tim and Eric went above and beyond to help my daughter get her battery replaced tonight. Her battery was dead and it was near closing time. I called and asked them to pull the battery. When I arrived Eric was jumping in his car with the portable battery charger. He followed me to where she was, he was able to jump the car and head back to the shop. Battery was ready when I returned, paid for it and Eric already had the old one out and the new one back in no time. So polite, helpful and kind when while we were panicked because it was almost closing time for them.. The were great, highly recommend this store!

  I've been going to this auto part store frequently for one year now, always helpful and kind. Especially the gentleman named Kelly, but Thom needs to learn how to treat his co workers better and needs to practice customer service.
