  I went there to look for a new cue about a week ago. When I walked through the door, the lady working asked if I was looking for a table. I told her no, I was looking for a cue stick. At that point she ignored me and spent her time taking care of the two kids that were with her. I walked around the store for about 10 min until I finally left, without her having said another word to me.
  
  Their selection was terrible, all they had were used cues. Combine that with the no customer service and I will never go back to this place again.
