  Poor business skills like being late to meetings they scheduled and not able to pay employees / contractors as stated with the agreements that were put in place. In short, they steal from investors and use the money for their own personal gain and not for the company. Beware and know that they also own J & J Energy Holdings, TJT Holdings Household, and Jacobs Management Inc.
  
  The CEO is Tony Jacobs and COO is JR Locke.
  
  Again, beware of this place and the devious schemes they are up to.
