  **update** I have since moved to a different office and whoa was a difference!! Avoid the Edwin Drive location and check out Dr. Lumsden near London Bridge. She is amaze-balls!
  
  THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS IF NOT ZERO, SO SICK OF THEIR GAMES!!!
  
  I have NEVER had such a horrible experience getting test results or anyone on the phone who could actually answer any questions. I can't even get them to give me my patient files so I can go to a new doctor. They lose documents and test results and then in a super sad voice, "Please don't be so angry."
  
  I had a heart monitor put on almost a month ago and no one has called me with results, even after they terrified me and bullied me into getting the monitor put on and then never called me with results. I have been chasing them for information the entire time I have been their patient. They are disorganized and their nurses and office staff couldn't care less about patient care. They are a miserable office full of miserable people who hate their jobs apparently, so they take it out on their patients.
  
  Really wish I could put ZERO STARS.
