  I purchased a used boat from these folks and was lucky enough to do so with a warranty. After picking up the boat I had discovered that they didn't correctly attach the batteries or battery charger. Additionally, the boat failed to work the second time I took it out. It took me weeks of phone-tag to get in touch with them and when I explained the issue and that it cost $4000 to fix the owner's response was, too bad it's your problem. I offered to split the repair cost in lieu of filing a complaint but the owner replied, "no way", sue us if you want I haven't lost a case yet.
