  Everything went as planned. Great Windows. They do not offer payment by credit though. I will use them again

  First I ordered a replacement window from the so called window man in April of 2012, Paid Tom in advance for the window. Tom stated it will be replaced in two weeks. It is now going into July and no window. I have attempted to call monthly to check the status he said he is working on it. Finally, I called, and at a last resort had to threaten LEGAL ACTION! Tom responded in a nasty tone Do what you want to, I Have your Window!!!! And stated your window was broken long before. That is not the point, he was paid for a service, refused to abide to the contract, and was very nasty when asked about a service that he was paid for.
  
  THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PROFESSIONALS IN HAMPTON ROADS, IF YOU WANT TO GAMBLE USE THE WINDOW MAN, IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
